Introduction
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

 

Booking Requirements

The name used furing booking must match the state issued ID presented during time of appointment. In the event the valid state issued ID does not match the name of the booking the appointment will be terminated and no refund will be given. When booking, please choose dates that allow at least 48 hours for your appointment to be completed. SAME DAY booking (dates that are less than 48 hours) have a Rush Fee of $150. Bookings are scheduled based off the availability of both the client and the maid. By booking a service with Dream Maids you acknowledge you are at least 18 years of age. Every client much pass an annual criminal records check, and must pay for each check performed. No violent crimes nor domestic crimes will pass vetting and will result in a denial of service. No refund will be issued for a failure to pass a criminal check. A valid photo ID is required in order to use service.  

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment at any time, although fees may apply. If your appointment is cancelled at least 5 days in advance, you will not be charged and will recieve a full refund minus a $40 admin fee. If your appointment is cancelled 2-4 days from your date of appointment you will recieve a full refund minus a $60 admin fee. Appointments may not receive a refund if canceled same day.

 

Damage to Premises

You release Dream Maids from responsibility for damages that may occur. Because we will be using cleaning supplies provided by you, we are not held responsible for damages that your cleaning supplies may cause. 

Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Your Dream Cleaner may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Prohibited Conduct
Under no circumstances are you to initiate physical contact with your Dream Maid including and up to sexual contact. If any form of physical contact is initiated your appointment will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. If any time during the appointment you are believed to be intoxicated to an uncomfortable degree, in anyway aggressive, or combative your appointment will be terminated. You are solely responsible for your conduct during our services, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

Termination
Your Dream Cleaner reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
